I’m an AI Product Manager and documentation nerd who started in media studies and digital culture. I’ve spent the last two decades tracing how recommendation engines, interfaces, and workflows shape people’s choices—first as a researcher and professor, and now inside product teams building AI capabilities into PLM/QMS and research tools.

I live in the Bay Area with my family, climb rocks for fun, and still get excited about great documentation, strange TV, and better ways to organize knowledge.
